Affordable RX Participating Canadian Pharmacy Standards
- Participating Canadian Pharmacies must require a valid prescription
for all prescription medications.
- Participating Canadian Pharmacies must offer access to a licensed
pharmacist and/or Certified Pharmacy Technician(s).
- Participating Canadian Pharmacies must post and disclose any
or all fees associated with the filling of a prescription medication.
- Participating Canadian Pharmacies sites must maintain all the
necessary and applicable licenses in force and agree to inform
Affordable RX within 24 hours of any suspension of such license(s)
or permit(s).
- Participating Canadian Pharmacies agree to answer any complaint
within 48 hours of receipt of a complaint received from a consumer.
All complaints (whether received by e-mail or snail mail) must
be kept on file.
- Participating Canadian Pharmacies must ship all the medication
into the United States in sealed original manufacturers containers.
- Participating Canadian Pharmacies agree that they will not ship
narcotic or controlled substances into the United States.
